The Germany international has stressed that the Bavarians are solely focusing on their own performances, and added that they want the Bundesliga title
Bayern Munich midfielder Bastian Schweinsteiger has insisted that FCB are unconcerned with Borussia Dortmund's performances as they are only thinking about winning their own games.
Bayern have closed the gap on Dortmund to three points in the Bundesliga table following their 1-0 win over Nurnberg on Saturday, and Schweinsteiger has stated that the Bavarians are determined to win the league title.
"We're playing every three days, so winning was all that mattered [against Nurnberg]. We're not concerned with what Dortmund do, we're just aiming to win our own matches," Schweinsteiger told reporters.
"At the moment there's total desire in the team, and all credit for that. We obviously want to win the title."
The midfielder then went on to stress that Bayern's main concern for now is the second leg of their Champions League quarter-final against Olympique de Marseille.
"However, first of all we have to make the most of our good position in the Champions League on Tuesday thanks to the 2-0 victory in Marseille."
Bayern meet Marseille at the Allianz Arena at 20.45CET.
